Our Capabilities

401 Manufacturing is a full service machine shop capable of servicing your needs from the design/concept phase, all the way to the final product. Our shop can quickly produce a single prototype or if your needs are greater, we have the machinery and space to produce large volume orders of quantities in the hundreds of thousands. Our close proximity to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area puts us within miles of platers, grinders, heat treaters, painters and many other secondary operation vendors.

Our Building

401 Manufacturing moved into it's current manufacturing facility in December of 2018. We have 22,000 square feet of manufacturing space with room to grow. Our building is fully air conditioned and contains two dock level doors along with one street level dock.

Our Machinery

401 Manufacturing contains a wide variety of machinery. We have CNC Mills and Lathes for prototype up to mid-range quantity production. We have Swiss Machinery for producing very small parts down to .020(inches) in diameter. We have Screw Machines for high volume production. We have a Laser Marking Machine for applying part numbers, company logos and text to your parts.
